These terms apply to services provided by AI Rank. By using our website, submitting an enquiry, purchasing an audit, or subscribing to a monitoring service, you agree to these terms.

Services

AI Rank provides AI visibility checks, AI search visibility audits, monitoring, reports and advisory recommendations for businesses.

No guaranteed ranking or recommendation

We do not guarantee that any AI platform, search engine, directory, review platform or third-party service will rank, mention, recommend, display or continue displaying your business. AI search results can change without notice and are controlled by third parties.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing our recommendations, and implementing any changes unless a separate implementation service has been agreed in writing.

Reports and recommendations

Our reports are based on the information, prompts, tools and results available at the time of review. They are provided for business decision-making and marketing guidance. They are not legal, financial or regulatory advice.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices, payment terms and billing frequency will be shown before purchase or agreed in writing.

Subscriptions

Subscription services renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel by contacting hello@ai-rank.co.uk. Cancellation stops future billing but does not normally refund periods already paid for.

Acceptable Use

You must not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or harmful activity.

You may use the service to analyse competitors or other publicly visible businesses for legitimate market research and comparison purposes. However, you must not use the service to impersonate others, submit knowingly false information, interfere with third parties, or make defamatory or misleading claims about businesses or individuals.

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe the platform is being misused.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, third-party platform changes, search engine changes, AI model behaviour, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
