AI Rank provides AI visibility checks, audits, reports, monitoring and advisory services for businesses. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Free AI visibility checks

Free visibility checks do not require payment and can be requested through our website.

One-off audits

One-off audit payments cover manual research, testing, analysis and preparation of a bespoke report. If you cancel before work has started, we will usually provide a full refund. Once work has started, one-off audit payments are normally non-refundable because time and analysis have already been committed.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@ai-rank.co.uk.

Cancellation stops future billing. We do not normally refund part-month subscription periods already paid, unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, access to ongoing monitoring, reporting or advisory services may be paused until payment is resolved.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Refund timing may depend on Stripe, your card provider and your bank.
